If you are selling your Spanish property here are some tips that will hopefully result in you finding a buyer and concluding a sale.
In Spain you can list your property with as many Estate Agents as you wish therefore NEVER give exclusive rights to only one. I recommend have 2 or 3 agents promoting your property and whoever is successful will be the only one you will pay the sale commission to.

If an agent has a viewing for you then go for a walk as most prospective buyers prefer viewing a property without the owners sitting watching tv.
Finally ensure you have all the licences for any work that has been done in the property such as swimming pools or extensions. When a buyer is ready to purchase they want to ensure that all is in place so that there are no delays in the sale completing.
Finally be realistic with your asking price, ask 2 or 3 agents what they recommend as a sale price as they will know the current market value. A property is only worth what someone will pay.
