The property markets have as yet not seen a big effect after Covid19 and this is a pleasant surprise as we expected a negative impact. As always the better located properties will always be in demand and we do not see prices reducing for these properties. The new developments have also not seen any price reductions at present and with demand for new modern properties increasing we do not expect developers to be reducing prices as many of the developers would have purchased the land prior to Covid19.
The market that you may see property prices decrease would be inland for the older Spanish style properties in the Spanish towns as there is not so much of a demand for these types of properties.
