Great Another 5 Star Rating For Chersun
Our latest happy clients review from Daren Lovegrove and Rita Cassidy.
If you are looking for a Spanish property I would highly recommend Chersun properties. I dealt with Paul Cherry and he found me a lovely apartment on the Mar Menor, I told him what I was looking for and he came up trumps first time. I was a bit apprehensive about buying abroad but Paul Cherry put my mind at ease throughout my purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul the Spanish way is sometimes a bit slow but Paul sorted everything. Now the proud owner of a lovely apartment overlooking the lake at Mar Menor.... Thanks Paul ?
I have bought my first apartment in Spain, and with the excellent help from Paul and all at Chersun, I found the experience very well executed. They just can't do enough for you as a client, and are only to pleased to show you around to all the places you want too see.
Paul has all the knowledge at his finger tips which is so helpful when you don't know the area. I want to say a big thank you to you Paul, and to the ladies in the office.
The Dangers of Being An Estate Agent
I had a lucky escape this month whilst viewing a property with some clients from London.
We entered into a property and the security alarm went off however the owner had not informed me of the alarm or the code. We viewed the property with the alarm continuing in the background when we were suddenly met by an neighbour who thought that we were breaking into the property. As we explained the situation to the neighbour the client slowly pointed out to me that the neighbour was holding a gun. Thankfully the gun toting neighbour put his gun away whilst we viewed the property. I believe that neighbour watch is a great idea but walking around with a gun is taking it a bit too far.
