Working Hard This Year At The Place In The Sun Exhibitions
This year we attended the Place In The Sun exhibitions in Manchester and London and we were overwhelmed with the number of visitors to our stands. It was very busy at both exhibitions and we provided many prospective buyers with all the information about buying a property in Spain.
We have since helped many people who attended the shows purchase a property and it is rewarding to see how happy the clients are with the service that they have been provided by Chersun.
We are attending the A Place In The Sun Show in Manchester on the the 11th - 13th March 2016 and we will be offering you free tickets in the new year.
If you are able to attend the show we look forward to meeting you as the show is a must for anyone who is looking to purchase a property in the sun.
How The Spanish Celebrate Xmas (Feliz Navidad)
The Spanish love a party and fiesta and they are no different at Xmas time although the spanish children have to be more patient than other EU children.
The Xmas eve is when the spanish families will all meet for a meal which is in the evening and then they may attend the midnight mass. This is the most important family gathering of the year with lots of food and wine consumed.
Unfortunately for spanish children they do not receive their xmas presents until the 6th January which is called the Three KIngs. It should be noted that they may receive a small gift on either Xmas eve or Xmas day .
The Xmas day is normally a quiet day for the spanish with a few families going out for lunch or a family walk unlike the British who look forward launching into the turkey all the trimmings and then watching the usual festive television programmes..
We are Off Back to The UK For Xmas
It has been a very busy year and we are flying back to the UK for Christmas to spend the festivities with our family and friends. We all love Spain but with the sun shining it does not have the same festive feel as the UK. We look forward to sitting around the big log fire on Xmas day and enjoying the food and drink.
